Company Profile

Guangxi Yiheng Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.

Rooted in Guangxi, Wired to the World

Guangxi Yiheng Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is an integrated enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of enameled wire. Our core products include aluminum enameled wire, copper-clad aluminum enameled wire, and copper enameled wire — among which aluminum enameled wire is our flagship, recognized for its lightweight design and high cost-performance ratio across motors, transformers, home appliances, and new energy applications.

Precision Manufacturing, Quality First

Equipped with advanced production lines and a rigorous quality control system, every product undergoes multiple online and offline inspections from raw material selection to final delivery. Key indicators — including resistance, withstand voltage, and coating continuity — are fully monitored to ensure stable and reliable performance in every spool.

Manufacturing Base

Our facility has a total investment of 150 million RMB, covers 30 acres, and owns over 11,800 ㎡ of standardized workshops, warehouses and supporting facilities.

Packaging & Customization Services
To meet diverse winding and storage needs, we offer a wide range of spool sizes. Beyond that, Yiheng supports deep packaging customization whether it's printing your brand logo, applying exclusive labels, or designing custom carton styles, we deliver with precision.Let your product reflect your professional image from the inside out. We turn every detail into your requirement packaging becomes your advertisement, unboxing becomes your brand.

Wire Drawing
A wire rod is pulled through drawing dies to reduce its diameter via plastic deformation. Key controls are diameter tolerance and surface quality; reduction ratio per pass and die angle directly affect final product performance.
Cleaning & Drying
Removes drawing oil, metal debris, and oxide scale left from the drawing process. Typically alkali wash + water rinse + air blow-dry. Clean surface is essential; otherwise paint adhesion in the next step will suffer.
Annealing
Severe work hardening occurs after drawing, so the wire is heated and cooled to restore ductility and reduce hardness. Temperature and line speed must be matched — under-annealing leaves it too hard, over-annealing makes it too soft and prone to oxidation.
Painting & Baking
An insulating coating (e.g., polyurethane or polyester enamel) is applied to the wire surface and baked to cure. Uniformity and adhesion of the film are critical, as they directly determine the electrical insulation performance.
Lubrication
A thin layer of lubricant (e.g., soap-based) is applied to reduce friction and wear during spooling and downstream use, while also providing oxidation protection. The amount must be controlled — too much impairs soldering and painting.
Spooling
The finished wire is wound evenly onto a spool at a specified length/weight. Uniform winding and stable tension are required to avoid tangling or surface damage — a key final step before packaging.
